Screen printing can only print one color at a time, but offset printing does not have this limitation. These colors are made by the computer with several basic colors, namely: white, black, blue, red, and yellow in different proportions.

Finish the offset printing process, and then look back at screen printing, which is a semi-automatic printing method. By the back and forth movement of the scraper, the ink permeates the printed object from the screen plate of the workbench. This printing method can only print one color at a time. When there is another color, clean the ink on the workbench, and then replace it with another color. These two focuses on the color deviation of two kinds of printing. Printing a color, such as blue, has dark blue and light blue. If it is offset printing, the depth of each color depends on the length of printing time, the small printing pressure, and the printing temperature. The longer the printing time, the darker the color; the greater the printing pressure, the darker the color; and the higher the printing temperature, the darker the color. And these principles are used in offset printing production, for silk screen, the color is decided by the ink at the beginning, and is not controlled by the artificial deployment in the process. This is their most significant difference in color processing.

The printing color difference of PET plastic box is often a problem. If the pet plastic box processed by silk screen is used to offset printing, the processing and production at this time will take more time than usual, and it will be subject to color test and contrast again and again, and gradually accepted to achieve the same color. On the other hand, if there are not many colors and no gradients, it is possible to print. For a wide range of color printing programs, with many pet plastic box screen printing equipment, there is no way to do it. Therefore, it is very important to select the appropriate printing type according to the sample when printing the pet plastic box with strict color requirements, so as to minimize the color deviation.
